Located in Tejeda at 1,300 meters above sea level near Roque Nublo, "Casa Rural Pepita la de las Flores" offers breathtaking mountain views. The 90 m² villa features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, smart TV, gas and electric heating, portable fan, washing machine, and a game console. A crib is also available. Enjoy the private outdoor area with a garden and barbecue. Car rental is recommended. There is one on-site parking space and free street parking. Up to 3 pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee. The property does not have air conditioning. There is a security alarm but no security cameras. Parties and events are not permitted. The pool is available from May 1st to the third week of October. NOTICE: Due to major storms, the road is damaged 1 km from the property, about a 20-minute walk. Authorities are working on repairs, but there is no set date for reopening to vehicles. The pool is currently unavailable as access is restricted.
