Easy access and perfect location (less than 200m from the minimarket, pharmacy, kiosk and children's playground and only 400m from the stunning Roche beach). Casa Encinar is an excellent choice if you are travelling with children or elderly people. Although it was built only 10 years ago, the house has a charm and atmosphere normally only seen in older houses. The use of weathered wood as well as the traditional whitewashed walls, terracotta floors and typical multicoloured mosaics give it an unmistakable flavour of a traditional Andalusian country house - even though it is located in the centre of a luxury urbanisation (with all kinds of services) and only 5 minutes walk from a stunning beach. The house sleeps 6 (extendable to 7) although the feeling of space from the moment you enter through the pretty courtyard entrance and pass through the kitchen, lounge and large covered terrace evokes a much larger property. Casa del Nómada entered our collection in 2019. It is an elegant Atlantic beach house, just a short walk (1km) or bike ride from one of the most spectacular stretches of sandy beach on the Costa de la Luz. Situated at the rear of the urbanisation of Roche, the location is quiet, yet less than 5 minutes by bike from the local minimarket (fresh bread), bar and children's playground. And in the summer months within walking distance are several of Cadiz's famous chiringuitos (beach bars). Having said that, this is a house you will want to spend time in; it has been designed precisely for that, offering that little bit more than the typical beach house. The property underwent a major refurbishment in 2018 and the result was a well proportioned and well laid out single storey house, ideal for couples but at the same time comfortable for groups of up to 10 people. There is a good sized swimming pool (9x4) with a well sheltered terrace and a covered outdoor bar.
