The 'villa Estrella de Mar' for 6 people with private pool (possibility of heating in the mid-season) and outdoor shower. Located in a quiet neighborhood with every comfort, sea and mountain views (Montgo). Centrally located for excursions and walks. The private garden is completely fenced, there are several terraces, also a covered terrace and fixed BBQ. The terraces are all south-facing. In the spring and autumn this gives an extra summer feeling. Ideal for the winter! TV with satellite with free use of TV-Vlaanderen card and ChromeCast. Contact person on site, speaks several languages. Pets allowed with a supplement. Bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen (excluding beach towels) = 2€/night/person. If you do not wish this, it will be removed from the quotation. CONSUMPTION (water, gas and electricity): We use meter reading with invoice prices. After the stay, the amount will be deducted from the deposit. In the long term we ask for an advance. SURROUNDINGS: Large shopping center with eateries, shops of well-known brands at about 5 km. Welcome to Casa Pedro Beautiful detached villa with spacious terrace and private pool, mountain and sea views in Monte Pedreguer on the Costa Blanca in Spain. Thank you for your interest in our home! At the beginning of 2019 we bought Casa Pedro. For a few years we had the desire to buy our own villa in Spain. Casa Pedro immediately had our preference. It is a spacious villa, beautiful private pool and in a top location. We immediately had a real click with this house. Several times a year we like to be in the villa ourselves to enjoy the peace and the environment. We like to go to one of the adjacent places for a terrace, beach or restaurants. But just as sweet we sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the view. - Smoking is not allowed in the villa. - Pets only in consultation with the owner....

A spacious, private and rurally located villa on the outskirts of Gata de Gorgos, on the east coast of Spain. The house is secure with remote-control electric front gates and security lighting. In the main house there is a large master bedroom with super king bed, stunning mountain views and en suite bathroom (with bath and shower). The house also features a double room, a twin room and a family bathroom (with shower). A further large bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom (with shower) can be found across the terrace in a separate annexe building. All bedrooms have air conditioning units. The lounge has 2 x sofas (1 x 3-seater sofa/ sofa-bed, 1 x 2-seater sofa), air conditioning, wood burning stove, 60” LED television with Sky+ HD and Sky Sports HD, DVD player, a selection of books. An additional seating area is located in the Naya with a large corner sofa. There is a fully operational kitchen with dishwasher, induction hobs, oven and large American style fridge freezer, along with a spacious dining room area with table and seating for 6-8 people. A laundry room with washing machine is also available. The outdoor space is vast, with spacious outdoor terraces and numerous seating areas, including a dining table for 8 and a comfortable seating area. You can enjoy a peaceful holiday in the mountains of Gata de Gorgos with excellent views of the Montgó de Dènia and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. On clear days you can even see the Islas Baleares. Enjoy your well-deserved holidays in this villa of 180 m², built in 2006, completely fenced and with a private plot of 600 m². The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in. The Space: On the ground floor you will find a bright living-dining room with direct access to the pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and also connects to the Mediterranean garden.
