The spacious 'Finca Campo Viejo' is located in Isla Cristina. Full privacy is guaranteed and it is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning/heating in the kitchen, one of the bedrooms upstairs and the main living room, all rooms have radiators/heating. Ventilators are available upon request, a washing machine, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available upon request. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a huge garden, 4 open terraces with chairs, and tables, 3 covered terraces and a barbecue. The whole garden is walled 1m high, for the 3000m2, which is the rented area. But the whole property is 60.000m2, so guests are free to enjoy it if they like trekking or walking in nature. The beaches of Isla Cristina beaches are a few minutes away by car, as is the Algarve region of Portugal. Islantilla is a new urbanisation located directly at the Atlantic Ocean between the villages of Isla Cristina and La Antilla. The boulevard is lined with palmtrees and enclosed between a beautiful sandy beach and a shopping area with boutiques, the necessary supermarket and farmacist, but also restaurants, cafes and a cinema. The very nice 12 km long sand beach gives you the opportunity to fully enjoy swimming and other watersports fun, like jetski and motorboats. A bit further away from the villages the beach continues hardly noticebly into dunes and pine tree forests where you can take on walking trips. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. Our house is anchored in an area, where peace and tranquility welcome you throughout the stay. In the mornings the chirping of birds, in the evenings the sunsets and at night the glow of the stars, without light pollution, will make your stay an unforgettable vacation. The house is located in a closed land of 8700 square meters surrounded by more than 100 pine trees, palm trees, fig trees, olive trees, etc. and a small garden according to the person in charge.
