Right next to the house is the terrace (270 m²) with the swimming pool of eight by four metres. The entire property has a surface of approximately 2000 m² and is flat. The property even has a mini golf course (10m²) and parking for up to ten vehicles. There are four sun loungers, two parasols, an outdoor shower and a barbecue by the pool.
