Best of both worlds from only €30 per night! Big enough for a child's bed or a travel cot at an additional small charge. This was a brand new stable conversion, completed for the 2017 season. It boasts a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (with electric 3-hobs and an oven), a washing machine for long stays, and a fully equipped bathroom with shower. WIFI is also included. Overlooking the valley beyond the village, the Vine Studio is above one of the village vineyards, and Mike and Lucy will leave you a complimentary bottle of their delicious organic and natual red wine, made from the very grapes you can see growing outside your window. The Ranch Studio in the beautiful small village of El Ferrer offers exceptional value accommodation for 1 or 2 people. Fully equipped with its own small private terrace, and shared swimming pool and hot tub. It boasts it's own private entrance, a parking space, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a double bed and sofa. There is also a small terrace with a small BBQ for outdoor cooking. It also has a washing machine, very useful for long stays. Right next door and in a quiet and secluded setting is the shared pool and hot tub. It comes fully equipped with all you should need for your stay, including bed linen and indoor towels. Please supply your own pool/beach towels and hairdryer if required. There is no TV. Houses are ready from 2pm on your day of arrival, and have to be vacated by 10am on your departure day. A basic welcome pack will be provided by us with a few essential ingredients, but there are many local supermarkets, though in Spain they are closed on Sundays, so if you are planning to arrive late on a Saturday, shop before you get here. Inside you will find three bedrooms, one en suite.( We have extra beds, so the house can easily sleep 5 within the bedrooms and two extra beds can be placed in the upper lounge for children at a small extra charge per night ) Two lounges with satelite and Spanish TV, wifi and Ipod docking station and give plenty of space to relax in. A good selection of games and dvds are provided for all ages. All rooms have fans for the summer and heaters for the winter in addition to wood burners in both upper and lower lounge, for any very chilly nights. Linen including towels is provided, we provide towels for the beach as well as use in the house. Hair dryers and all the usual items, such as an iron and ironing board, washing machine and a well appointed kitchen. The Village is located 2km up a party surfaced track/road. is tranquil and peaceful and has no through traffic and thus is a safe and carefree location for all the family.
