After a long day at the beach it's great to take a refreshing dip in the heated chlorine pool. With a size of 9 x 5 metres and a depth between 1.1 and 1.8 metres, it is ideal for swimming or relaxing on an inflatable mattress. The well-kept garden with palm trees invites you to sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers or spread your towel directly on the lawn. Adults will surely enjoy spending their time "doing nothing", taking a nap on the see-saw while the little ones love the children's playground with swings and slide. The restaurants in the area are very good but sometimes it's more fun to enjoy dinners with friends and family at home, go shopping at the market together and finally prepare meat and vegetables on the barbecue. Several terraces offer the perfect atmosphere for great evenings. The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to Cap de la Nao. Under the porch, which can be closed with the vertical awning windows, you will find a fantastic built-in barbecue to sit all together and spend the afternoon while the little ones play at the play ground. There also is a terrace in front of the house, covered with a large awning, which is perfect for a quiet tea or coffee. The just one storey house is equipped with gas oil central heating.
