The views are marvellous! The 2-storey house measures 190m2 and counts with 2 bedrooms with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower (one on the ground floor and another on the first floor). On request, there is a baby bed and a high chair available. One extra person may sleep on the sofa-couch. The cozy living- and dining room counts with 2 sofas, TV, a fire place, a dining table and great views. The spatious independent kitchen works with a hob and is fully equipped with all necessary utensils to prepare a nice meal during your stay. Also, you will find a washing machine and an iron and ironing board. The hilly lanscape that surrounds Xàbia has been shaped over the centuries by the influence of the sea and the wind.
