The Benissa beach is about 600 m and the beaches in Calpe about 5 minutes. A supermarket and several restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. Other shops are located in Calpe, for example, a Lidl and Aldi about 5 minutes drive from the house. The airport in Alicante is about 80 km, to Valencia about 150 km.
