Welcome to Casa Mar Vista, a modern and newly reformed detached 4-bedroom villa with heated pool, wooden outside gazebo and seating area which has been carefully designed to cater for everyone, allowing for a relaxing and stress-free holiday for all the family and/or friends. Casa Mar Vista has been a family home for the past 20 years and the owners now want to share their love for this house with others. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY The front access to the property is just a short distance from the electric gated driveway, suitable for 2 cars, and up a flight of stairs on to the top tiled terrace with a secure door for access to the road. A welcoming wooden front door provides entrance to the property and to a large porch with a double glass interior French door. Through the double glass doors, you enter the spacious living room.
