The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge with open-plan kitchen all on one ground level. The outside areas have artificial grass with sun beds, chill out sofas and outdoor dining area. The villa also has a roof terrace and you can enjoy all day sun from the villa. There is parking at the front of the villa which is in a quiet street over looking a nature park to the sea. El Carmoli is a small village located on the side of a mountain that was formed over 7 million years ago by a volcano, it is part of Los Urrutias and Punto Bravo. The village has a great all year round restaurant and in the summer months has a chill out bar with live music. The town of Los Alcazares is not far away where you have many bars and restaurants for all tastes, water sports, weekly market, long sandy beaches and a marina.
