Modern house, with a rustic style, on the outskirts of the pretty village of Lloseta. Very private villa, but only 500 metres from the Majorcan village with all its amenities of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The fantastic sandy beach with the blue waters of Playa de Muro is only 20 minutes away by car. The house sleeps up to 6 people, the upstairs has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms en suite, one with bath/shower combination, the other with shower. A third bedroom, with double bed, is on the ground floor. There is also a full bathroom on the ground floor, with a bath and separate shower. Modern, fully fitted kitchen with vitro-ceramic hob, dishwasher etc. Comfortable lounge with TV and there is wi-fi internet. Outside there is a private swimming pool 4.5 x 8.5m with a depth of 1m to 1.9m, a covered porch with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, a sunbathing terrace area and barbecue area. Downstairs, there is a functional and spacious living-kitchen-dining room, where you can watch the satellite TV while you cook on the ceramic stove and eat at the bar. There is also a bathroom with shower and a dormitory with two single beds and space to prepare a cot and a highchair. Upstairs, you gain access to another bathroom with shower and two more bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other one with a double bed. All have a wardrobe and an exit to a terrace.
