A large chlorine pool, 10 x 5 m and 1 to 1.8 m deep, invites you to cool off. It is surrounded by a large lawn. There are 8 sun loungers for sunbathing. You can play a game of billiards or tennis, as a court awaits you behind a beautiful wall next to the pool. There are even rackets and balls. There is an outside bathroom with shower. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours. As you enter, you are greeted by a beautiful kitchen-dining room with A/C, designed so that you can have a movie on the satellite TV or DVD while cooking and preparing the table. To prepare your best recipes, you have a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster and much more. This room is fully equipped with A/C and a fireplace to acclimatise the atmosphere depending on the season. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At this level, there are two bathrooms with bathtub and three bedrooms with wardrobe and exit to the garden, two of them with fan. One of them has two single beds and the others have a double bed. Climbing the stairs, you access two more bedrooms, both with double bed, wardrobe, A/C and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is availability for 1 cot and 1 high chair. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
