The air-conditioned villa is very close to the heart of Marbella and you can stroll to the centre in 15 minutes where you can enjoy numerous restaurants, cafes, and entertainment. All the well-known beaches of Marbella are within a short walk including the Marina port. The first floor offers a wonderful master bedroom with extensive fitted wardrobes, private terraces with sea views and bright modern bathroom complete with a jacuzzi bath.
