Furthermore, there is a brand-new kitchen with ultra-modern appliances. The bedrooms each have their own theme with furnishings to match. Upon entering the villa, you have the open plan lounge/dining areas with original parquet flooring, one double bedroom with TV and ensuite shower room (with accessibility facilities) and a guest wc.
