Marta's recommendation! My colleague Marta suggested this villa, located in Calle Carabeo, in the centre of Nerja. She bet that it would be a very sought after villa. In her opinion, clients wouldn't mind paying a bit more. But I had my doubts... the villa was not cheap, although the interior is of a good standard. Finally we managed to bring the price down a bit and it came out... Situation and exteriors And our clients love the house! If your holidays are short, then think of the precious time you can save without having to drive to the beach, restaurants, supermarket.... From this house, restaurants are within walking distance and the beach is only 200 metres away. However, if you want to bring your own car, there is no problem, as there is a private parking outside! No traffic noise? No, there is no traffic noise, as the Carabeo street is pedestrianised and only allows cars for those who have a parking space there. Let me tell you a little more about this charming villa. On the ground floor you have large windows opening onto a splendid terrace with a private pool of 4m x 6m and fantastic views. Villa Oasis is situated on the picturesque urbanisation of Oasis de Capistrano approximately 2km east of Nerja town centre and a few minutes drive from Burriana Beach. Playa Burriana is a long, sandy beach situated just east of the town centre. This comfortable villa is situated next to villa Nerja 006 and is a copy of that house. It has a lovely lawned garden with barbecue area and offers good privacy and tranquillity. Situated only 2,2 kms from the famous Burriana beach, it is a house that fulfils all wishes for an unforgettable holiday. Situation and exteriors The property is accessed via a private driveway leading down from the automatic remote controlled fence. For outside meals you will find a shaded porch - there is a barbecue. Villa Concha Blanca is a brand new four-bedroom villa with multiple terraces, a private pool and private parking for one vehicle within the grounds, The villa is located in a prestigious residential area just a 8-minute walk from Burriana Beach and 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. It is next door to our Villa Las Palmeras which also has a communicating door between the pool areas ideal for larger groups - and it is near all of our other properties in the Parador area. On the ground floor, Villa Concha Blanca has one Kingsize double room with ensuite bathroom, an open plan modern kitchen, living and dining room and further shower room with WC.
