From this house, restaurants are just a few steps away on foot and the beach is only 200 meters away. Need an extra-large villa, coupled with the best location in town and just a short walk to the best beach in the area? Well here it is - welcome to Villa Catalina! Located in the prestigious Parador neighbourhood in the beautiful Andalucian town of Nerja, it is the jewel in the crown of our recently built villas – a beautiful row of four villas (Valeria, Suero, Bonilla and Catalina) all just a seven minute walk to Nerja’s famous Burriana Beach and only 1km to Balcon de Europa. Offering an impressive seven bedrooms, four bathrooms and 2 ensuites, this is the perfect place for groups of couples/friends or numerous families to enjoy. As you come inside the villa you will see a big stairs which take you up to 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are double bedrooms which have ensuite bathrooms, the other 3 singles bedrooms with two beds each share 2 complete bathrooms. The two double bedrooms with king size bed share a big terrace with views to the big pool area and to the neighbourhood. On the ground floor you will find on the right to the main door a double bedroom, a complete bathroom and a living room which opens up to the pool area. From the main door to your left you will find the kitchen with a big table which seats 14 guests and another exit to the pool area. Casita for 2 people... with a pool table. This charming house is conveniently located near Nerja and Frigiliana. In front of the house, you will enjoy a wonderful porch with good sea views. Inside, the house offers a warm atmosphere and is well-equipped for a couple's holiday. Location and exteriors Both the interior and exterior areas are built in a rustic style, using natural stones, wood, and several flower pots. The house is located just off the road between Nerja and Frigiliana, with the beaches and restaurants of Nerja (2 km) a 5-minute drive away. There is a bus stop nearby and a good restaurant 100 meters away for those who prefer to leave their car. The house enjoys a sunny location with sea views from the porch in front of the house; there is a barbecue and garden furniture for outdoor dining. Behind the house, there is a spacious sun terrace with a private swimming pool (5 x 3m). There are also sea views from here. Note: some traffic noise can be heard from the exterior (not intrusive). Interior and layout The interior has a rustic and comfortable atmosphere. The living/dining room has a sofa, a wood-burning stove, satellite TV, and a DVD player.
