The property is set in the tranquil and beautifully maintained tropical gardens on the exclusive urbanisation Oasis de Capistrano, which is built in the traditional white Spanish pueblo style common in the Andalucia region. There are two swimming pools and a splash pool for younger children for use exclusively by residents of Oasis. The apartment is set on one level with open plan living and dining area, the hallway off leads to the bathroom which has a double shower, wc and vanity sink unit there is also a hairdryer provided. Next to the bathroom is the bedroom which has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and a safe. The lounge has a ceiling fan and aircon along with satellite TV and DVD player. The patio doors open out on to a south facing private terrace which has steps leading down to a small private garden. The property is a 20 minute walk from Burriana beach and a 30 minute walk from the Balcon de Europa. There is a bus that runs every hour in to the town which costs €1 per person. Please note this apartment is not suitable for people with mobility issues due to a number of steps to reach it from the roadway....
