Casablanca 8 is a completely renovated, light and airy 2 bedroom apartment with room for a total of 5 people. This is a very spacious apartment of 70 sqm which is spread over two floors with high ceilings in Spanish modern style. The kitchen is completely newly renovated and generously equipped. The apartment has 2 newly renovated nice bathrooms, one bathroom on each floor and both bathrooms have a shower. The terrace has access from both the living room and the kitchen dining area. The terrace is located in a southerly direction and offers sun most of the day all year round, there is also an awning for nice shade on sunny days. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of Oasis ‘fantastic garden and of Oasis nice pool area. The apartment is perfectly located near the pool area and in the middle of the Oasis garden. Oasis de Capistrano, where the apartment is located has a grand beautiful tropical garden which leads many to return year after year.
