It is surrounded by a lovely established garden, fish pond, huge terrace and an area of grass and an olive tree where you can get shade during the hottest days. There is also a table-tennis table at the villa. The property sleeps 14 maximum. The area where the house is situated, is an established urbanisation of about 150 villas. It is a very calm area with beautiful surroundings of high mountains and unspoiled nature. There is a children's club, tennis club, bar/restaurant and for use by guests and residents of the urbanisation within a 2 min walk of the house.
