The villa has a living space of approx. 200 sqm. Eight people find plenty of space here. The private property with a turnaround of approx. 900 sqm is fenced and has its own pool (approx. 4x8m). The villa was built to a high standard and completed in June 2019, equipped with new furniture and matching accessories that are furnished with love. The spacious main living area on the upper floor is dominated by the breathtaking view through the large window front of the idyllic landscape and the sea.
