The villa is part of a quad of houses but remains private and secluded. It has a private pool, two bedrooms, one on the ground floor with twin beds and a King size in the master bedroom upstairs. It has a spacious lounge which is open to the fully fitted kitchen at one end.The house is ideal for a relaxing holiday rental. It is not suitable for a noisy, lively stay and we therefore do not accept same sex young guests.We have a number of permenant residents on the complex and ask that you consider this whilst enjoying your stay. We may be able to accommodate one or two additional children on request. A separate dining room leads to the garden and has the stairs up to the second bedroom and en-suite plus the balcony/terrace. . The first bedroom on the ground floor is off the Lounge and adjacent to the bathroom which is in a wet room style and has a shower, sink and WC but no bath. The kitchen has all facilities including a microwave and a small dishwasher.The washing machine is situated seperately in the Utility Room. Drying is via a portable clothes airer.
