The villa consists of a large living room, 3 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a terrace and a private solarium. The urbanisation has 2 communal swimming pools (one heated), children's playground and a beautiful green area. The villa is fully furnished and includes all appliances (including coffee machine and dishwasher), crockery, bed linen and towels. On the solarium there is a cosy area with barbecue. Spanish TV, wireless internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: the shopping centre La Zenia is about 10 minutes walk away. To the sea and the beach about three kilometres. Accommodation option: up to 7 persons (strictly no animals!) Smoking is only allowed in open areas! The check-in process is from 15:00 until 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 until 15:00 on Saturdays. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00.
