La Carrasca is an old farmhouse in the interior of the Vega Baja del Segura, 1.5 km from Catral (Alicante) with an antiquity dating back to 1900. It has been restored with all the comfort of the XXI century (wifi) and rustic charm, highlighting the collection of paintings inspired by the Greek mythology of Fermín Navarro. It has a large fenced garden of 5000m2 in which you can find a variety of trees (oak, cork oak, mulberry, palm, pine, orange, lemon, ...), and a lawn area, an ideal place for children to play. It also has a small chicken coop for the use of visitors. Attached almost to the house is a large barbecue (with unlimited firewood in which there are two paella pans) and a parking space. We also have a swimming pool - spa fenced and integrated into the landscape and has a water bed, cervical sheet and whirlpool area. La Carrasca" has a total of 18 beds divided into two adjoining houses. The villa consists of two living rooms, three bedrooms, an independent kitchen, three bathrooms, a glass-enclosed terrace, a balcony, and two solariums. The house has everything necessary for living and relaxing: furniture, appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen, and towels. Central air conditioning, wireless internet. There is no Spanish television! The area has good infrastructure: the "Consum" supermarket is located 200 meters away, and the nearest cafe is 50 meters away. The sea is 400 meters away, but Los Locos beach is approximately 650 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 7 people (no pets!). Smoking is allowed only in open areas!
