It has a ground floor terrace and large rooftop solarium for shade in the summer and all year round sun. It’s very well situated for Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, the local Saturday market, shops, restaurants, pubs, bars and beaches. On a secure gated complex in a well established quiet residential area, the house is within walking distance of beaches, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, a large weekly street market and the wonderful ZENIA BOULEVARD Shopping Centre. Zenia Boulevard opened in September 2012 and is one of the biggest commercial centres in Europe with over 175,000m2 of retail space. It is open until late in the evening every day of the year, has free parking, free wifi and hosts entertainment events most afternoons and evenings. Shops include: Decathlon, H&M, C&A, Lefties, Zara, Zara Home, Mango, Primark, Alcampo hypermarket, Leroy Merlin, Guess, Geox and many others.
