The villa consists of a large living room, 3 bedrooms, open plan kitchen, 3 bathrooms, terrace and private solarium. The complex has 2 communal swimming pools (one heated), children's area and a beautiful green area. The villa is fully furnished and includes all appliances (including coffee machine and dishwasher), crockery, bed linen and towels. On the solarium there is a cosy area with barbecue. Spanish TV, wireless internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: La Senia shopping centre is about 2,5 km away. The nearest DIALPRIX supermarket is 700 m away. The sea and the beach are about 3 km away. Accommodation options: up to 7 persons (strictly no pets!) Smoking is only allowed in open areas!
