This is a lovely 1 Bedroom apartment. It has a Living-Dining Room, Open Kitchen, Bathroom with Shower and Bedroom with a Double bed. With Air Conditioning in the Living Room and Bedroom. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, with a beautiful promenade with a cycling path. Its about 150 metres from the Best Sabinal Hotel and Castor Park. There are restaurants literally downstairs facing the Sea, a smaller supermarket 100 metres away and a bigger one 800metres away (Mercadona). This modest beachfront apartment is 8 km from diving excursions at Aquarium Roquetas and 9 km from go-kart racing at Karting Roquetas. There is also a big commercial center (Centro Comercial Gran Plaza) at 5km. The apartment is on the top second floor in a very homely block, it doesn´t have a lift but it has an easy access. There is free parking on the street. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy....
