Villa Virrey is within walking distance of both the old town of Pollensa and the coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa. The traditional style living room runs the length of the villa and has patio doors on 2 sides which open directly onto the poolside terrace. The dining room is situated next to the entrance to the kitchen, which has a smaller breakfast table and a door leading out to the outdoor barbecue and dining area. The property is fenced and has direct neighbours. The interior of the two-story house has been delightfully decorated and designed to feel like home. From the porch we access the kitchen-dining area, with induction cooker, which leads to the beautiful living room - with AC - where you can watch the Smart TV. On the main floor we also find the separate laundry room, with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a toilet.
