A private driveway leads to the villa, with the pool on the left. This 2 bedroom Spanish villa is situated between the Tramuntana mountains and the sea front. With a large private pool and pleasant garden, there is plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy the surroundings. Villa Virrey is within walking distance of both the old town of Pollensa and the coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa. The traditional style living room runs the length of the villa and has patio doors on 2 sides which open directly onto the poolside terrace. The dining room is situated next to the entrance to the kitchen, which has a smaller breakfast table and a door leading out to the outdoor barbecue and dining area. On the other side of the living room is a sitting room with an ornamental fireplace and traditional Mallorcan decor, a guest toilet next to the staircase completes the ground floor. The 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each bedroom has traditional Spanish furniture and fitted wardrobes, with views of the surrounding countryside. The large private swimming pool is certainly one of the highlights of Villa Virrey. The surrounding terrace has plenty of space for sunbathing.
