The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning (with hot and cold function) as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This property features a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and a jacuzzi (not heatable). The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Beach/pool towels are provided. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste. More information is provided on site. This property features energy-saving lighting.
