The terrace is the perfect corner to enjoy your meals outdoors, relax on the two sun loungers or the beach chairs. Next you find the glazed barbecue area with sofas that invites to prepare delicious summer dishes while enjoying an appetiser and you chat all together. Inside, the living-dining room with AC invites to watch a TV film. The kitchen, that keeps the traditional style of an authentic Mallorcan kitchen, is fully equipped, among many other things, with lots of cabinets, a large countertop, a gas stove, oven, microwave and a table to prepare your best recipes. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms in this apartment, two of them with twin beds, another with a double bed and the last one with a single bed. Three of them offer AC and all feature a closet and direct access to a beautiful balcony.
