This single storey stone clad property located in the countryside of Pollença offers peace, privacy and a lot of comfort. A short driveway leads to the house with the entrance on the side, under a covered terrace into a spacious and comfortable living/dining room. The lounge has a fireplace, beamed vaulted ceilings, TV, DVD player and doors leading out to the pool terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar and pantry. Utility room with washing machine. At one end of the dining room is the air-conditioned master bedroom with beautiful en-suite bathroom. A corridor leads from the dining room to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second double bedroom with adjacent full bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
