The well cared exterior area has absolutely everything you could wish for a wonderful holiday in Mallorca: the fantastic 4 x 3 meter pool with a depth of 1.6 meters, the 4 sun loungers, and the magnificent furnished porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue followed by a pleasant table talk. The property is fenced and has direct neighbours. The interior of the two-story house has been delightfully decorated and designed to feel like home. From the porch we access the kitchen-dining area, with induction cooker, which leads to the beautiful living room - with AC - where you can watch the Smart TV.
