The wonderful swimming pool of this villa, completely surrounded by grass, and the amazing mountain views, turns this property into a delightful retreat, perfect for a pleasant stay in the island. The chlorine swimming pool is 10 m x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 2.10 m. There is beautiful Majorcan stone surrounding the pool. There are up to 8 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas, perfect to drink a glass of wine or read a book, as well as sunbathing. After a delicious barbecue or after playing ping-pong on the porch, you can cool yourself off in the outside shower. The building, with a simple indoor and outer style, has a large dining room which leads to the comfortable living room and to the kitchen, which has a wonderful bar with stools. You can relax in the hall while watching a film on the satellite-tv, on the dvd player or listening to your favourite cd’s. In the well-kept garden, surrounded by fruit trees, you will find a private chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 5,7x2,8m and a depth range between 1,40 and 1,70m. Around the pool there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing and a barbecue perfect for preparing delicious meals with your companions. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The interior of the two-storey house, tastefully decorated, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. Two spacious living rooms with TV and work area will be ideal to extend your evenings. One of them also has a dining area. The kitchen is independent, equipped with a gas hob and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
