The chlorine swimming pool is 10 m x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 2.10 m. There is beautiful Majorcan stone surrounding the pool. There are up to 8 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas, perfect to drink a glass of wine or read a book, as well as sunbathing. After a delicious barbecue or after playing ping-pong on the porch, you can cool yourself off in the outside shower. The building, with a simple indoor and outer style, has a large dining room which leads to the comfortable living room and to the kitchen, which has a wonderful bar with stools. You can relax in the hall while watching a film on the satellite-tv, on the dvd player or listening to your favourite cd’s. Villa Ca Na Volantina is a spacious and comfortable villa which is fantastic for family holidays. Great location, without being too far from the main town of Puerto Pollensa, a mere 5-minute drive to the centre. The lovely outdoor area and pool are certainly a great asset to the property and invite to enjoy many ‘al fresco’ meals. The surrounding area is flat, perfect for cyclists and walkers and there are views of the distant mountains. The villa has a large lawn for kids to run around and the garden has lots of fruit trees and shrubs. WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY The large enclosed garden has plenty of lawn to run about on and there’s an outdoor table tennis, so the kids (and adults) aren’t likely to get bored! Just a short drive to Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Pollensa. Within an easy walking distance of the property (10-15 minutes), there is a great restaurant, Can Josep, nearby which has a very good local reputation. This is a great property for birdwatching – it is a short drive to La Gola and the S’Albufereta Nature Reserve.
