Located just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach, it is set in a quiet, leafy residential area of Port de Pollenca. A local supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, as are cafes, restaurants, and shops. The villa is perfect for friends and families of all ages and ideal for a three-generation holiday. It has magnificent communal spaces, all opening onto the pool area. It is mainly all on one level and is a flat walk to the beach and town. You can get out of bed and swim in Pollensa Bay within 5 minutes! The villa’s entrance hall is imposing and has four bedrooms opening off it. Three of these have been converted with stairs and a mezzanine level inside. Each has a king-size bed on the upstairs level and a single put-up bed if needed on the downstairs level, as well as an en-suite shower room.
