Villa La Casita is a cosy and cheerful 2 bedroom villa with private pool, very close to the sought after resort of Puerto Pollensa which is less than 3km away. The interiors are furnished in traditional style and the outdoor areas feature cosy terraces and a pleasant garden perfect for relaxing in the bright sunshine or enjoying al fresco dining. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms As guests approach the villa along a beautiful pathway, they arrive at an L-shaped covered terrace with sitting areas surrounded by shrubs and plants. The entrance is directly into the dining/living area, traditionally furnished with many original features and a true Mallorcan ambience. Off the living room, and accessed through beautiful archways, there are 2 bedrooms (one double with air conditioning and an antique Mallorcan bed, and one with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower. Another archway leads to the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outside barbecue area. Outside, there is a lovely manicured garden with beautiful views to the mountains and pine forests. The garden has lawns and plenty of terraces for sunbathing. From the living room an arch leads to the bedroom area, one double with access to the outside and the other with two single beds, both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
