Situated on the first floor of a modern building with a lift, it provides a comfortable and well-equipped space for a functional stay in one of the most sought-after areas in the north of Mallorca. The interior is thoughtfully laid out, featuring an open-plan living and dining area that connects to a spacious terrace facing the sea. Thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light floods in throughout the day, allowing guests to enjoy the view from almost anywhere in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, suitable for both short and extended stays.
