The villa is located in Tossal Gros, on a green, quiet hillside studded with beautiful villas near the quiet seaside town of Oliva. The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each one has its privacy, since the rooms are not adjacent. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a separate single bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen. One bathroom has a bath and shower, the other just a shower. Both bathrooms have a toilet. In the garden is a lovely private pool (8x4 meters) that is cleaned weekly. The area is very quiet and green, the villa is situated on the edge of a forest in a dead end street. Yet there is plenty to explore in the area. Denia is 20 kilometers, 10 kilometers Gandia, even Javea, Calpe and Moraira are not far away. Oliva itself is a typical Spanish city, not yet flooded by mass tourism with a wide, long sandy beach (blue flag). Valencia (70 km) is to be reached by car or train. Javea and Denia are mouthwatering seaside resorts. From Denia you can go on excursion to Ibiza and Formentera. In the naya you can enjoy a breakfast with the sun rising from behind the mountains.
