Located in a quiet residential area 6 km from Gandia. The city is lively and is also well connected to visit the rest of the Community. The house has 4 bedrooms for up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a spacious living room that communicates with a sunroom. We care decor and bedding and bath to make your stay enjoyable. It has central heating. Outside there is a swimming pool and several terraces with great views of a small valley of Mediterranean forest without buildings. Ideal to enjoy the tranquility. You will be very close to bustling beaches and lively like Gandia and Oliva, famous for its bars and beaches to enjoy the pure nature as the beach of L'Ahuir. In 40 km radius you can find numerous mountain wilderness as the Vall de la Gallinera or the Montgó and beaches such as Javea, Denia or Moraira. If you like to know Valencia, it is an hour by car or train. The only public transportation that reaches the urbanization is the taxi service, so it is essential to have a vehicle to have autonomy of movement. No problem parking....
