Located in a quiet residential area 6 km from Gandia. The city is lively and is also well connected to visit the rest of the Community. In 40 km radius you can find numerous mountain wilderness as the Vall de la Gallinera or the Montgó and beaches such as Javea, Denia or Moraira. If you like to know Valencia, it is an hour by car or train. The only public transportation that reaches the urbanization is the taxi service, so it is essential to have a vehicle to have autonomy of movement. No problem parking....
