On the ground floor is a spacious living area with sofa and two armchairs (it is not possible to use the open fire place). The dining area and the well equipped kitchen form an open space to the living room. Three of the four bedrooms are also on the ground floor. They have all two individual beds and a small desk to work and air conditioning (cold/warm) The blue bedroom has an extra shower room ensuite and the other two bedrooms share another bathroom with walk in shower. Easy access and perfect location (less than 200m from the minimarket, pharmacy, kiosk and children's playground and only 400m from the stunning Roche beach). Casa Encinar is an excellent choice if you are travelling with children or elderly people. Although it was built only 10 years ago, the house has a charm and atmosphere normally only seen in older houses. The use of weathered wood as well as the traditional whitewashed walls, terracotta floors and typical multicoloured mosaics give it an unmistakable flavour of a traditional Andalusian country house - even though it is located in the centre of a luxury urbanisation (with all kinds of services) and only 5 minutes walk from a stunning beach. The sizeable garden slopes gently down to a large 8km beach, fairly empty for most of the year. The garden itself is of a "controlled wilderness" type; juniper bushes (a protected species) break the rhythm of the large lawn, and several palm trees will whisper to us from on high with their slender trunks swaying gracefully in the wind.
