Welcome to paradise! Casa con Calma in the Urbanisation Roche near Conil was finished 2023 and is a house of pure luxury with an incredible roof terrace. When the gate opens, you can leave all problems behind. The garden with its tropical plants and the turquese shimmering pool will make you feel on holidays immediately. The house was decorated with a lot of love to details and natural materials. On the ground floor you will find the living room with two comfy sofas and a beautiful large dining table. Casa Encinar is an excellent choice if you are travelling with children or elderly people. Although it was built only 10 years ago, the house has a charm and atmosphere normally only seen in older houses. Villa Clara is ideally located just a few steps away from the marvellous white beach of Roche. With a private swimming pool and a large covered terrace it has all you can wish for to guarantee you a beautiful holiday. The recently refurbished villa has a very spacious l-shaped living room with two comfortable sitting areas and a modern dinig table. There is internet access (WIFI). The sizeable garden slopes gently down to a large 8km beach, fairly empty for most of the year. The garden itself is of a "controlled wilderness" type; juniper bushes (a protected species) break the rhythm of the large lawn, and several palm trees will whisper to us from on high with their slender trunks swaying gracefully in the wind. Atlantic Spain? Atlantic Caribbean? It could be either, really. Waves break rhythmically on the sand below, the breeze almost always warm or hot, and what could certainly be said to be heaven. As we walk through the front door, we are already confronted with the sea view and the spacious open plan living room. It is a single storey building, like all beachfront properties in this area, so the ceilings are high, creating a pleasant airy ambience throughout. Casa del Nómada entered our collection in 2019. It is an elegant Atlantic beach house, just a short walk (1km) or bike ride from one of the most spectacular stretches of sandy beach on the Costa de la Luz. Situated at the rear of the urbanisation of Roche, the location is quiet, yet less than 5 minutes by bike from the local minimarket (fresh bread), bar and children's playground. And in the summer months within walking distance are several of Cadiz's famous chiringuitos (beach bars). Having said that, this is a house you will want to spend time in; it has been designed precisely for that, offering that little bit more than the typical beach house. Casa Blanca is an exceptional designer villa situated in the elegant residential area of Conil Roche, only 150 m from the fabulous beach. The end result is a charming and practical cottage, perfect for couples and families alike. The main interior room has also been renovated in order to merge it as naturally as possible with the porch, and the result is a bright and spacious open space (kitchen / living room / porch). The pharmacy, the kiosk, a couple of bars and the tennis courts are about 700m away. We recommend the use of bicycles to make the most of this property, both for going to the beach and for short rides through the pine forest. We can arrange cheap bike hire if more bikes are needed.
