Easy access and perfect location (less than 200m from the minimarket, pharmacy, kiosk and children's playground and only 400m from the stunning Roche beach). Casa Encinar is an excellent choice if you are travelling with children or elderly people. Although it was built only 10 years ago, the house has a charm and atmosphere normally only seen in older houses. The use of weathered wood as well as the traditional whitewashed walls, terracotta floors and typical multicoloured mosaics give it an unmistakable flavour of a traditional Andalusian country house - even though it is located in the centre of a luxury urbanisation (with all kinds of services) and only 5 minutes walk from a stunning beach. Situated less than 200 metres from one of the best beaches on the Costa de la Luz, Casa Almadraba offers that combination of beach, comfortable home and mature garden that is so hard to find on the Cádiz coast. The house is situated in the exclusive urbanisation of Roche, in a quiet cul-de-sac that ends in a flight of steps leading directly down to the beach, which stretches 7km in one direction to the old tuna fishing port of Sancti Petri and in the other some 500 metres to the small sandstone cliffs that rise to form a series of small coves known as the Calas de Conil . Roche beach is just 600 metres away (so close that the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep at night) and the entire outdoor area and pool have been refurbished in 2018. The end result is a charming and practical cottage, perfect for couples and families alike. The main interior room has also been renovated in order to merge it as naturally as possible with the porch, and the result is a bright and spacious open space (kitchen / living room / porch). The house is furnished in a simple but not minimalist way, with soft and pleasant colours. All this makes our stay a comfortable and practical experience. Its south orientation means that the (non-chlorinated) pool and terrace have sunlight practically all day long, both in summer and winter, and the different combinations of sail awnings hanging over the terrace mean that we can choose exactly the right mix of breeze and shade. And if it still gets too hot, there is air conditioning installed throughout the house. There is also heating and a lovely fireplace in case we choose to enjoy the house in the colder winter months. Renovated in 2017, Casa Santa Mónica is far from being a typical Andalusian rental house. As its name suggests, it is a house more in line with what one might find on the west coast of the USA: aged wood, pastel blues, a modern kitchen with symmetrical lines, spacious areas, the sound of the breaking waves... and all of this nestled among the pine trees of the Costa de la Luz, with beach bars, the fish market, and tapas bars of Conil de la Frontera just 15 minutes away, and within easy reach of Cadiz, Jerez, Tarifa, and Seville. The minimalist entrance gives little hint of the warmth and comfort that this house will make us feel. Entering through the main door, we find ourselves directly in a huge, open-plan space with high ceilings and large windows. In this vast area, we will find everything, from the bedroom wing to the left to the living room and kitchen/dining area to the right. At the far end of the latter, large glass sliding doors open onto the deep covered terrace and the pool beyond. Before buying this house, its owners rented it out on numerous occasions, taking note of what to do and what not to do with regard to rental houses, and put all that research into very good practice: the kitchen has absolutely everything we will need to cook local produce; the bathrooms are spacious, bright, and elegantly finished; the beds are comfortable; the barbecue is top-of-the-line...

Casa Lola is much more than just a beach house: its finishes and furnishings are of the highest quality, and its location, in the southeast corner of Roche, offers direct access to the pine forest and an incomparable view over the tops of the pine trees Within the exclusive Roche residential area, the house is 1 km from the famous Roche beach as well as the sheltered Calas de Conil (in fact the walk through pine trees from the back garden gate of the house to the coves is beautiful). The pharmacy, the kiosk, a couple of bars and the tennis courts are about 700m away. We recommend the use of bicycles to make the most of this property, both for going to the beach and for short rides through the pine forest. We can arrange cheap bike hire if more bikes are needed. This is a house for those looking for comfort and tranquillity as well as sand and surf. As a beach house, Casa Lola really is a bit of a luxury, and its location on a sack bottom overlooking the pine forest is totally relaxing (at night all you will hear are owls, nightingales and distant waves...).
