The sizeable garden slopes gently down to a large 8km beach, fairly empty for most of the year. The garden itself is of a "controlled wilderness" type; juniper bushes (a protected species) break the rhythm of the large lawn, and several palm trees will whisper to us from on high with their slender trunks swaying gracefully in the wind. Atlantic Spain? Atlantic Caribbean? It could be either, really. Waves break rhythmically on the sand below, the breeze almost always warm or hot, and what could certainly be said to be heaven. As we walk through the front door, we are already confronted with the sea view and the spacious open plan living room. It is a single storey building, like all beachfront properties in this area, so the ceilings are high, creating a pleasant airy ambience throughout. Carefully selected antiques combine with wicker sofas and sisal rugs to provide a simple but classic décor. It is an elegant Atlantic beach house, just a short walk (1km) or bike ride from one of the most spectacular stretches of sandy beach on the Costa de la Luz. Situated at the rear of the urbanisation of Roche, the location is quiet, yet less than 5 minutes by bike from the local minimarket (fresh bread), bar and children's playground. And in the summer months within walking distance are several of Cadiz's famous chiringuitos (beach bars). Having said that, this is a house you will want to spend time in; it has been designed precisely for that, offering that little bit more than the typical beach house. Welcome to paradise! Casa con Calma in the Urbanisation Roche near Conil was finished 2023 and is a house of pure luxury with an incredible roof terrace. When the gate opens, you can leave all problems behind. The garden with its tropical plants and the turquese shimmering pool will make you feel on holidays immediately. The house was decorated with a lot of love to details and natural materials. On the ground floor you will find the living room with two comfy sofas and a beautiful large dining table. A sliding glass door opens the view to the hall so house is very generous and light. There are also sliding doors to the attached kitchen. The kitchen will make you happy, if you like to cook and also cooking with a group is fun here because of the big island in the center that offers enough space for everybody. In front of the kitchen and living room there is a large terrace with dining table and sofas to relax. It is tiled with Travertin marble which is another element in the natural design of the house and you can enjoy wonderful views into the garden from here. Casa Lefito was finished in 2023 and is a family holiday home in an ideal situation close to the beach and the center of Conil. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with open plan kitchen and cooking island and dining table for 8 guests. The sliding windows can be opened almost completely, so terrace and living room are united. There are sliding malloquin elements, if you want to protect the terrace from wind or sun or just have more privacy. The kitchen is from Porcelanosa and offers high standard details like an integrated extractor, cutlery from WMF and good knifes. There is another dining table on the terrace, a sofa to relax and an electric barbecue (Weber). The master bedroom (double bed 180cmx200cm) is on the first floor and has fantastic views to the sea. The balcony is the perfect spot for the first coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. In the generous bedroom you also find a desk to work and a shower room. Built on one level, with very spacious rooms and terraces. Easy access and perfect location (less than 200m from the minimarket, pharmacy, kiosk and children's playground and only 400m from the stunning Roche beach). Casa Encinar is an excellent choice if you are travelling with children or elderly people. Although it was built only 10 years ago, the house has a charm and atmosphere normally only seen in older houses. The use of weathered wood as well as the traditional whitewashed walls, terracotta floors and typical multicoloured mosaics give it an unmistakable flavour of a traditional Andalusian country house - even though it is located in the centre of a luxury urbanisation (with all kinds of services) and only 5 minutes walk from a stunning beach. The house sleeps 6 (extendable to 7) although the feeling of space from the moment you enter through the pretty courtyard entrance and pass through the kitchen, lounge and large covered terrace evokes a much larger property. The swimming pool has a portable fence that can be put up or not depending on our needs and the rest of the garden is very well kept and enjoys both sunny and shady areas.
