Situated less than 200 metres from one of the best beaches on the Costa de la Luz, Casa Almadraba offers that combination of beach, comfortable home and mature garden that is so hard to find on the Cádiz coast. The house is situated in the exclusive urbanisation of Roche, in a quiet cul-de-sac that ends in a flight of steps leading directly down to the beach, which stretches 7km in one direction to the old tuna fishing port of Sancti Petri and in the other some 500 metres to the small sandstone cliffs that rise to form a series of small coves known as the Calas de Conil . The house, with its Andalusian style (whitewashed walls and tiled roofs) was built just under 20 years ago. It is surrounded by a mature garden of Mediterranean pines, palm trees, gum trees, bougainvillea and wisteria. Casa Encinar is an excellent choice if you are travelling with children or elderly people. Although it was built only 10 years ago, the house has a charm and atmosphere normally only seen in older houses. The use of weathered wood as well as the traditional whitewashed walls, terracotta floors and typical multicoloured mosaics give it an unmistakable flavour of a traditional Andalusian country house - even though it is located in the centre of a luxury urbanisation (with all kinds of services) and only 5 minutes walk from a stunning beach. Style and comfort less than 200m from the beach A major renovation in early 2024 has produced a fabulous open plan space for dining, cooking and comfortable living, including a large covered terrace overlooking the (fenced) swimming pool. With one of the best beaches on the Costa de la Luz less than 200m away, this is a perfect holiday home. Although Bahari is built on two floors, on the first floor you will find only the fourth bedroom (with bunk beds) and a roof terrace from where you can see the sea at the end of the street. Most of the accommodation is on the ground floor, which is divided between the bedroom wing on one side (two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and the master suite with en-suite bathroom and dressing room) and the newly refurbished open-plan living room on the other side. It is an elegant Atlantic beach house, just a short walk (1km) or bike ride from one of the most spectacular stretches of sandy beach on the Costa de la Luz. Situated at the rear of the urbanisation of Roche, the location is quiet, yet less than 5 minutes by bike from the local minimarket (fresh bread), bar and children's playground.
