If you fancy cooking outside, you can use the barbecue. The furnished porch invites for large family dinners al fresco. The plot is fenced and as this house is in a quiet urbanization, there are next-door neighbors. The terrace gives access to the cozy living room with satellite TV (German, English and Spanish channels). The kitchen is well equipped, offering vitro top, electric oven, utensils and dishwasher. The laundry is very complete and comes with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The house counts with two bedrooms with a double bed each and two more with a single bed. This beautiful coastal house is a marvel. It is located at a short walk from the beach and its exteriors are ideal. At the back of the building, there is a big salt private pool, - 10 x 5 m and 1 to 2.2 m depth -, with 8 sun loungers and a fantastic furnished porch ready for your best barbecues. And, at the front of the house, there is a lawn area that surrounds an amazing terrace where to get relaxed. Inside the house, there is a large living-dining room, with TV-SAT, air conditioning and chimney. Immediately after, you gain access to the kitchen, with induction hob and a dining table with chairs and benches. The laundry is provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
