A large driveway leads to the detached house, past which you enter the garden, which is surrounded by plants and protected from view. Here you will find an inviting pool oasis around the 8 x 4 metre private pool, which offers plenty of sunbathing space and room for relaxing hours or cooling refreshment in the water. A mobile barbecue is available for sociable evenings. The staircase leads to the first floor and a spacious living room with flat screen TV and German Sat-Tv as well as WiFi internet access. In this room there is also a bright dining area and the exit to the large terrace, from which you can enjoy a wide view over the surrounding residential area. A rustic and fully equipped kitchen is located next to the dining area. A hallway on this first floor leads to a bedroom, which is furnished with a Mallorcan double bed and a wardrobe.
