The plot is fenced and as this house is in a quiet urbanization, there are next-door neighbors. The terrace gives access to the cozy living room with satellite TV (German, English and Spanish channels). The kitchen is well equipped, offering vitro top, electric oven, utensils and dishwasher. In the garden, there are different fruit trees: lemon, orange, medlar. The house is distributed over two floors.
