The house is equipped with air conditioning. The living room has a comfortable couch with an electric function. Occupancy for 4 people. A travel cot/baby bed is available. There is ample closet space. Towels, including for the beach, are provided, as are beach chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, a hot water boiler, and a washing machine. Electric storage heaters are installed for winter. The house is centrally located, close to supermarkets, banks, and restaurants. For those who don't want to use their car, a shuttle bus can take you to the beach. Fresh, affordable local products can be found on the market square in town on Thursdays and Saturdays. 2 swimming pools with catering facilities are quickly accessible. Towels and bed linen are provided. Dishes and pots are available for basic catering needs. Final cleaning: €120.00, payable in cash on arrival. Ancillary costs for electricity: 1 kW costs €0.38.
