Plot of almost 1000m2 fully fenced located in the El Campello area, specifically in Covetá Fuma next to the TRAM stop that takes you immediately to Benidorm or Alicante. Villa has a roof terrace with outdoor furniture and extensive views of the entire neighborhood and partial views of the sea. It consists of three bedrooms with double beds that can be made into individual ones if necessary and two complete bathrooms with a large walk-in shower, one of the bathrooms is en-suite to the main room.
