If you are looking for a cozy and truly rustic country house in spectacular surroundings, you will definitely not be disappointed with our fincas on the island of Menorca. Although these are isolated and in absolute peace, they are not too far away. To be more precise, there are a total of three houses that are only a few hundred meters apart. This is Finca ANTIGUA for up to 6 guests. The house offers a living area of around 150 m² on the ground floor, a living room with satellite TV, a large open kitchen with dining area and a total of 3 double bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x single beds) and 2 complete bathrooms. From the living room and kitchen you have access to the covered terrace. The covered terrace has a brick barbecue and from here you continue to the sun terrace where there is also the private 32 m² swimming pool (step entry 1 m - 1.80 m) with sun loungers... and from which you have an incredible 180 degree view about the surrounding landscape. The property is only 3 km from the village of “Es Mercadal” and about 8 km from the beautiful beaches such as “Cala Fornells” or “Ses Salines”.
