Although these are isolated and in absolute peace, they are not too far away. To be more precise, there are a total of three houses that are only a few hundred meters apart. This is Finca ANTIGUA for up to 6 guests. The house offers a living area of around 150 m² on the ground floor, a living room with satellite TV, a large open kitchen with dining area and a total of 3 double bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x single beds) and 2 complete bathrooms. Although these are isolated and in absolute peace, they are not too far away. To be more precise, there are a total of three houses that are only a few hundred meters apart. This is Finca CANYAR for up to 6 guests. The house offers a living area of around 180 m2 on the ground floor, a living room with satellite TV and dining area, a kitchen with dishwasher and a total of 3 double bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x single beds) and 3 complete bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. From the living room and kitchen you have access to the covered terrace. The covered terrace has a dining table, a brick barbecue and a view of the sun terrace where there is also the private 8 m x 4 m swimming pool with sun loungers... and from which you have a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. The property is only 3 km from the village of “Es Mercadal” and about 8 km from the beautiful beaches such as “Cala Fornells” or “Ses Salines”. Shops, restaurants and the beach are all within a few hundred yards making a car not essential. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double beds and one with 2x single beds), 1 bathroom with shower, comfortable lounge and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. We have a private terrace suitable for eating or relaxing outside with dining area for 6 people and sun parasol. Sunbeds are provided for sunbathing around the extensive pool terrace. There is a large (14m x 5m) shared pool with a children’s section. Inside the villa there is a central air conditioning unit which is coin operated with 1 and 2 euro coins.
