I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Menorca Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. Our lovely Villa Honeysuckle is located in Son Parc, close to the only Golf Resort in Menorca . The wonderful beach is 10 minutes away by foot. You can also take the car to the car parc at the beach area, it takes then 2 min. to drive there. This area is quiet and you still have some restaurants and shops nearby. A great place to enjoy! The drive to the Capitol Mahon takes 20 minutes. In the house all the rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully furnished with an induction stove, an oven slide and hide and a microwave. We've been coming to Menorca for almost 20 years. Ten of them have been in this house and we guarantee you will be able to enjoy a fantastic Mediterranean summer. Menorca is an Island that can be humid and windy. We would like to ask you to put chairs and tables inside at night, and to raise the sunblind. They get harmed and even brake very easily due to humidity and strong wind. If you will spend the day out please do so as well, the weather here is very unpredictable. We recommend you hang wet clothes and towels on the back patio, that way you’ll have more space on the front terrace. (We jump over the room window). The best way to keep the house fresh, is to close the shutters at lunch time, and if you are going to go out, leaving the Windows open but the shutters closed. This beautiful villa is located directly on Menorca's only golf course with a view of hole No. 5 and only 1,800 m from the beach. The property faces south. The beautiful palm garden is very private and invites you to relax. A sunny terrace and a roof terrace offer plenty of space for guests who like to enjoy the sun. A cozy garden lounge also offers shade in the warm summer months. The pool is 100% private for our guests and is approx. 10m x 4m. At the deepest point approx. 2m and at the flat point with steps, it is easy to walk on. The main entrance of the villa leads through a bright and spacious fully equipped kitchen.
