This is a modern chalet within a residential area with a really cosy exterior. It features a small garden by a great chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 3.2 metres and with a depth that goes from 1.5 to 1.7 metres as well as a fantastic porch where you can enjoy a succulent breakfast in the morning or a delicious barbecue in the evening. In order to enjoy the sun for a while you will find 6 sun loungers and a table with chairs outside, but you can also head to the beach which only is 1 km away from the house. This is a quiet beach and perfect to spend a nice morning. When coming back you can wash off at the exterior shower or swim in the pool to have lunch all together afterwards. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours. Inside, you will find a beautiful and comfy living room with AC and TV-Sat. Then you access to the dining - kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic top and all you need to cook during your vacation, together with a table with chairs. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms where you can rest at night, one with a double bed and the rest with twin beds.
