The covered, tiled terrace can be used as a breakfast area or barbecue corner - either way, you can linger in comfort at the wooden dining table or on the artificial rattan chairs. From spring 2022, the villa will also have a pool. The villa also has several furnished balconies where you can breathe in the fresh Mediterranean sea air at any time. Another practical tip: you can park your hire car directly in front of the house on the paved road. The combined living/dining room is located on the ground floor of the house.
