The villa's exteriors are wonderful. Step out onto the 40 m2 fully equipped terrace and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or simply relax in any of the charming corners of the garden. You will find a beautiful green area decorated with sculptures, fountains, plants, trees and night lighting. The 8 x 7 metre private swimming pool is salt water, with a depth of 1.7 m, and is covered but not heated. In this area of the property there are also two hammocks where you can relax, as well as a jacuzzi for 7 people and a sauna, both available only part of the year. The house has 2 porches, one smaller and one larger. The first one is glazed and has curtains that keep out the sun, since in this room you can find a double sofa bed corresponding to the 2 additional beds.
