We are pleased to present our pleasant summer villa with a private pool in Calpe, Costa Blanca. This villa can accommodate 4 people and has two bedrooms and one bathroom, all distributed on one floor. Inside the villa, you will find a living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV and access to the pool area. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a dishwasher and gas hob. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning for your comfort. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower. It is important to note that the upper floor of the villa is closed off and uninhabited during the rental period. Outside, the villa features a private kidney-shaped pool measuring 9x4 meters and an outdoor shower. There is also a covered area with a built-in barbecue, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals. Furthermore, we offer parking space for two vehicles on the same plot. The villa's location is privileged, as it is a short distance from supermarkets and restaurants, approximately 650 meters on foot. The old town of Calpe is 1 km away.
