There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (both 1.90 m long). Each of the two bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. It is just a few steps from the beach and the large shared pool. The 32 m2 south facing balcony offers beautiful views of the beach and the community pool, which is furnished with sun loungers. Via the balcony, you can access a path that leads to the sandy Cala Gran bay (30 metres). The entire 79 m2 apartment was renovated in 2015; the kitchen, tiles and floors, toilets, sinks, television, three air conditioning units and furniture were replaced.
