The ground floor consists of a living room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped, Smart TV, WIFI and direct access to the pool. A room with queen size bed, bathroom and dressing room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with queen size bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom, fully equipped with separate bathtub and shower. It also has air conditioning and opens onto a living room with spectacular sea views. The house also has a large basement with washing machine, toilet and clothesline. The main doors and windows have mosquito nets. Ease from the house to go down to the cove to bathe. The property is located in the quiet and exclusive cove of Sa Galera, with easy access to the sea from the house (10 meters). Ideal for couples looking for tranquility. It is 3 minutes walk to the center of Cala Egos, 10 minutes walk from the marina and 5 minutes drive from the center of Cala d'Or....

Our Villa is located inside a quiet and beautiful complex, in the southeast of the island of Majorca and approximately 45 minutes away from the airport. The complex offer you 7 swimming pools, 2 of them for children, landscaped areas and a private parking lot. At 500 meters of the complex, there is the well-known Marina of Cala D'Or. Only 5 minutes walking there are supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. At 400 meters, you will find the beach of Cala Egos with its crystalline waters. Cala Mondragó, the beautiful National Park is only at 15 minutes by car. If you wish to do sports, there are tennis courts nearby, a wide range of water-sports in Cala Egos. Moreover, the golf course of La Val D’Or is at 10 minutes by car. Our Villa offers a terrace with private garden and a roof terrace solarium with swimming pool view. It is equipped with modern furniture and it consists of 2 double bedrooms, living/bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a lounge dining room with fitted kitchen on the ground floor.
