All services, such as supermarkets, banks, restaurants, boutiques, playgrounds, etc. are within walking distance. Different beaches like Cala Gran, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Ferrera and Cala Petita are only a short walk away and in a few minutes by car you can reach the popular beach of Cala Mondragó, which is located in the natural park near Portopetro. The private pool (6m x 3,5m) is located at the back of the house and has a beautiful sunny terrace with artificial grass, hammocks, table and chairs, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and an awning. Inside the house is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a modern and equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and a comfortable and bright air-conditioned living and dining room.
