This house enjoys a privileged location, as it is in the middle of the quiet countryside and very close to the hustle and bustle and tourist activity of a town like Cala d'Or. This house has 4 bedrooms, all of them with views to the countryside or to the swimming pool. It is an ideal house for families and groups of friends. Three of the four bedrooms have two single beds and another one has a double bed. It has three complete bathrooms, two on the first floor and one on the ground floor. It has Wi-Fi and a spacious living room very well equipped with comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoy the satellite TV or read a good book. It also has a complete and well equipped kitchen, with a dining area with a large table and chairs where you can enjoy meals together or, if you prefer, you can cook outside on the barbecue or on one of the furnished porches near the swimming pool.
