Nice townhouse located in a very quiet area of L'Escala. It is only a 12-minute walk from Riells beach and the promenade. The house has two large private terraces, one in front and one behind the house. It also features a communal pool, which is available ONLY from June to the end of September. The Riells beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment venues for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc. The house is divided into two floors. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, and one bedroom with two single beds. There is air conditioning in the dining room and hallway.
